Over 125 years of deep knowledge in the field of fulling and washing treatments, also thanks to its location in the Biella area, well known worldwide for the high quality of the production of wool fabrics.
Established in 1895, ZONCO FEDERICO & FIGLIO operates, since the beginning of its activity, in the field of research, design and construction of textile machinery for wet finishing of pure wool and mixed fabrics, becoming over time a leading company in this sector.
The technological experience gradually acquired, the continuous and very important contacts and exchange of information with Customers / Endusers and the deep knowledge of their needs, are a great boost to the continuous updating of machines, made according to the most advanced technologies.
Today, after more than 125 years of activity, ZONCO exports about 70% of its production. The present production line is wide and complete, also thanks to the recent development of lines for continuous open-width treatments and of machines for special rope form treatments in wet/dry conditions of fabrics made in all types of fiber, such as:
– Fulling/Washing m/c (with 2 and 4 independent channels)
– High-speed Rope Washing m/c
– Continuous washing and crabbing line for open-width fabrics
– Machine for washing, special treatments and drying
