NUOVA COSMATEX, with over 60 years of experience, is specialized in the production of machinery for woollen, worsted and non-woven spinning. It designs technologically advanced solutions for the entire spinning process, managing to satisfy the customer’s requirements with a turnkey product. NUOVA COSMATEX srl studies modifications on existing lines, achieving important technological upgrades for all types of fiber and machines.
It produces hopper feeders, cross lappers, electronic driving systems, condensers with electronic driving system (SPEED800). The products of NUOVA COSMATEX start from fiber blending and opening (blending bins, openers, bale openers, carding willows), passing through fiber transport and oiling systems and automatic cleaning (condensers, ensimage plants, fettling devices) completing the cycle with innovative production lines for woollen and non-woven spinning, called EcoCard, and with systems for laboratories, schools, research centers (sample condensers, sample cards). Accessories such as flexible card clothing, raising fillets, mounting and grinding equipment are also part of the commercial activity.
